Andy Maurice qualified as an advocate and a solicitor of Senior Courts of England and Wales in 1992, practising law for more than 20 years and holds a current practising certificate: S.R.A. No. 155548. Andy is a Joint Founder of Legal Field Law Firm (L.F.L.F)

Prior to setting up Legal Field Law Firm (L.F.L.F), Andy Maurice had been running an independent department of a Manchester Law Firm and was responsible for its significant growth and success.

In 2009, He became a Joint Founder at Legal Field Law Firm (L.F.L.F) with extensive experience through which he now trades as a ‘CORPORATE LAW SOLICITOR’.

Andy Maurice conducts corporate, commercial and litigation matters, relating to Belgium Ghent city, UK, Countries in the EU and EEA, Former Soviet Union Countries, China and other Asian Countries.

His practice concentrates on legal advice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, estate planning and arbitration, with a special focus on private equity investments and family businesses. He is consistently ranked among the leading lawyers for his M/A, private equity and private clients expertise.

Andy Maurice has practised corporate law since 1992 and he was previously asked for comment by the UK and international media and he actively participates in the business events worldwide.

As a Chairman, Andy Maurice is also responsible for the strategic planning of the business to ensure that the firm continues to succeed whilst continuing to deliver the best legal services and exceptional Client care.

Andy Maurice enjoys foreign travel and is passionate about Britain’s heritage, particularly its historic buildings and railways. He is married and a proud father of three daughters.
